TransportMe Passenger App Updated

TransportMe have updated their passenger app. Please find attached the User Guide for the newly released version.


Passengers are firstly required to create their OWN Passenger Account on the App. It has nothing to do with your smartcard username or password.

You can either sign in with your Apple or Google ID.  If you don’t have one, then scroll down to New User Sign Up and create an account – you will then receive a verification email (check your spam/junk folder) to complete the sign up process.
